Coca-Cola

THE DRIVING FORCE

Coca-Cola, a global beverage giant, recognized the importance of employee well-being and its impact on overall performance. In Latin America they sought to understand the perception and apprehension of risk among bottling plant workers to improve quality, recruitment, and employee growth.

OUR STRATEGIC LENS

To gain deeper insights into employee perceptions, we designed a comprehensive research program that included surveys, focus groups, and data analysis. This approach allowed us to identify key concerns, understand underlying motivations, and develop targeted interventions to address employee needs.

TRANSFORMATIONAL OUTCOME

By implementing initiatives focused on communication, training, and workplace safety, Coca-Cola Latin America was able to foster a more positive and secure work environment. This resulted in improved employee morale, reduced risk apprehension, and increased productivity across bottling plants.

LOOKING AHEAD

Coca-Cola Latin America can continue to monitor employee sentiment and adapt its programs to ensure a safe and supportive workplace. By prioritizing employee well-being, Coca-Cola can strengthen its position as an employer of choice, attract top talent, and drive sustainable growth.
